How do I Place an order? –
To place an order simply click on the item you want to buy and then click on ‘add to cart’. Repeat this process for any further items you wish to purchase then click on cart (top right corner of web page). Select your country / location and then click on checkout. This will then take you through to the payment site (PayPal) where you fill in your details and make payment.
Alternatively you can print off our postal order form, fill in and send to us by fax, email or post and we will then process your order, call you to take payment and then ship the goods. If paying by cheque, remember that it will need to be posted with your order and have cheque guarantee number written on the back.
What are the Shipping and Handling terms? –
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days at the most for all standard deliveries. Standard deliveries will be sent out using either Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for or MYHermes Signed For and will be charged at £4.00 for postage and Packing.
Should you wish to receive your item quicker please contact us before ordering and we can quopte for courier delivery.

How do I return an item and or get a refund / exchange? –
Our returns policy is such that we are happy to refund, replace or exchange your product within 30 days. We hope that you never have to return a product or gift to us but if you should need too we will endeavour to make this as pleasant and quick an experience as possible.
Simply send us an email to explaining the reason for the return, was it; - an unwanted present, a defective or a damaged item. If it was damaged explain how it was damaged and if it is defective why it is defective. An unwanted present should be in perfect, re-saleable condition (including the packaging) and have all the instructions and parts still intact to enable us to refund the person who paid for it. We will send you an email containing a reference number and an address to return the product too. Please remember that until we receive the returned item we are unable to refund or exchange the item. We would advise you to make sure you send your returned item back to us by signed for or recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
