HOW TO ORDER 
If you are reading this you have obviously entered the world of the Wandering Monkey® and our online shopping catalogue should assist you to view prices and product availability. If you are experiencing any difficulties with ordering online then please email us at customerservices@wanderingmonkey.com or write to us at the address on our contacts page and let us know. You can order by post, just use the link on the postal Orders Tab within Customer Services and print off the order form, fill it in and send to the address given with relevant payment.

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the prices and terms as stated.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT 
We accept the following methods of payment;-

  • Credit Card, Debit Card, Switch (as per PayPal)

  • Cheque - All cheques should be made out to ´The Wandering Monkey® Co. Ltd´ with cheque guarantee card information written on reverse side.

 

CLEAR PRICING 
Our prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be quoted and added to your order at point of confirmation. The Wandering Monkey® Co. Ltd reserves the right to change prices without prior notice although this will only be done in extreme cases.

We endeavour to ensure that all our prices are correct at the time of print however due to the nature of our business this isn´t always possible. If we run an offer it will be subject to the stock being available and we reserve the right to refuse or decline orders.

The Wandering Monkey® Co. Ltd strives to be as competitive as possible in an ever changing market by giving you the best possible price for your purchases. What we want to offer is a friendly easy to use service for all the family so that you feel comfortable coming back to us again and again.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 
We like to offer as reliable service as is possible however, sometimes we cannot predict how much will be ordered on any one day. We will therefore let you know as soon as is humanly possible when a product you have ordered is out of stock and give you an indication of how long it will take us to get this product to you.

 

DELIVERY 
All UK mainland deliveries will be processed within 2 working days and sent to you in 2-3 working days maximum by MyHermes signed for or Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For at a cost of £4.00. Courier deliveries can be arranged to UK Mainland locations but please contact us before ordering. The delivery will need signing for so please make sure someone is in to sign for your delivery. If you have not received your delivery in the above timescale, please contact us so that we may look into your order.

 

DELIVERY LOCATIONS 
Our standard location to sell to is the UK and Ireland and we do try our best to sell to countries outside of the UK so if your country is not available in the delivery options please let us know and we will work out a postage price for you.

 

DATA PROTECTION

All online purchases made through our site go through PayPal. PayPal is one of the most internationally recognised and secure online payment methods available. Therefore we are confident in the knowledge that you shop online with us securely.

When you register your details with Wandering Monkey® and/or purchase products, we will collect a certain amount of data about you. Only relevant data will be given to other parties to enable us to supply your purchases to you e.g. Royal Mail, courier etc. No information at all will be sold or passed onto 3rd parties.

When you register your details you are also given the option to opt out of receiving newsletters and promotional emails from Wandering Monkey®. These newsletters will contain promotion updates, special offers and helpful hints with some products.

If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from Wandering Monkey®, please send an email with your name and email address to customerservices@wanderingmonkey.com or click unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter email.

 

RETURNS POLICY 
Our returns policy is such that we are happy to refund, replace or exchange your product within 30 days. We hope that you never have to return a product or gift to us but if you should need too we will endeavour to make this as pleasant and quick an experience as possible. Please see below for our returns requirements.

Please note if you have bought a product through one of our partners and you find it is faulty please return it to the place of purchase as your refund or exchange will need to follow their returns policy. If you have trouble contacting them then please email us at returns@wanderingmonkey.com and we will try to help you.
 

WHAT TO DO IF YOU NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT 
Send us an email to returns@wanderingmonkey.com  explaining the reason for the return, was it;- an unwanted present, a defective or a damaged item. If it was damaged explain how it was damaged and if it is defective why it is defective. An unwanted present should be in perfect, re-saleable condition (including the packaging) and have all the instructions and parts still intact to enable us to refund the person who paid for it. We will send you an email containing a reference number and an address to return the product too. Please remember that until we receive the returned item we are unable to refund or exchange the item. We would advise you to make sure you send your returned item back to us by signed for or recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
